Field Dressing

Want a Virtual Reality Experience?

In partnership with Boise State University, Fish and Game developed a virtual reality simulation that provides a “hands-on” tutorial on how to field dress an elk from home.

Don’t Forget!

Hunters must report 10 days after harvest, or if the hunter did not hunt or harvest (deer, elk, and pronghorn only), 10 days after the closing date of their season for each tag purchased.

Download our Go Outdoors Idaho app and submit your Online Mandatory Hunter Report in less than 2 minutes. Have multiple tags? The app makes it easy to submit your report for each tag purchased.
